At PlantaeLover, we take great care in packaging and shipping your handpicked plants to ensure they arrive happy and healthy. Please review our shipping policy below:
Shipping Coverage
We currently offer shipping within West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia) only. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) or international locations at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended, but we always strive to ship your plants as soon as possible.

Packaging & Plant Care
We take extra precautions when packing your plants, using eco-friendly materials to keep them secure during transit. Some plants may experience slight stress from shipping, but with proper care, they will thrive in their new home.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time-stay tuned!
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We ensure careful packaging, but if your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photo or video, and we’ll make it right. For lost packages, we recommend checking with the carrier first. If you need further assistance, reach out to us.
Weather Considerations
Extreme temperatures can affect plant health during transit. If severe weather is expected in your area, we may delay shipping slightly to protect your plants.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Delivery Policy
We’ve teamed up with a local delivery service to ensure your order reaches you efficiently. Our standard delivery is dispatched the same day (except Wednesdays) for orders placed before 4 PM, and the next day for orders placed after 4 PM. Orders placed after 4 PM on Tuesdays will be shipped on Thursday, as our store is closed on Wednesdays.
IMPORTANT: If you have a preferred delivery time or date, please include your request in the delivery instructions section at checkout. Orders without specific requests will be processed and delivered as per our standard schedule.
Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance in kilometers across 6 zones in the Klang Valley area from our store location.

- zone 5: 25km radius
- zone 6: 30km radius
If your address more than 30km from our store our system will show This order can’t be shipped to your location. Contact the store for more information. And may not able to proceed with payment.
Our delivery service charges is vary depending on the areas, quantities, and weight of the plants and products. Our standard delivery charges starting from MYR9.00
