21 Days Plant Care Guarantee
Every plant we deliver is backed by a 21-day guarantee, so you can begin your plant journey with confidence and peace of mind.
If your plant or pot arrives damaged, or if your plant does not survive within 21 days, email info@plantaelover.com with your order number and photo proof. Verified claims will receive store credit to reorder.
- Plant guarantee: 21 Days
- Pot guarantee: 7 Days
IMPORTANT: Please note that repotting, changing soil, adding fertiliser, or excessive watering within the first 21 days will void the guarantee.
- Plant damage with 80% damaged, or die 100% eligible for replacement
- Pot with total damage only eligible for replacement
We are dedicated to supporting your plant journey — all approved replacements are provided as store credit for you to reorder the same plant or pick a different one.
Please note that replacements are eligible only once per original order. Replacement orders are not eligible for a further guarantee in the event that the plant does not survive.
