Refund, Return & Guarantee Policy
All plants, pots, and products sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. As plants are living products, variations in size, shape, colour, and growth are natural and are not considered defects.
However, we guarantee that every order will arrive in good condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your plant, pot, or item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order.
To submit a claim, kindly provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or compensation.
Plant Guarantee
All plants are covered by a 21-Day Plant Care Guarantee from the date of delivery.
If your plant does not survive within 21 days, please email us with:
- Your order number
- Clear photo evidence showing the condition of the plant
Approved claims will be compensated in the form of store credit only.
Guarantee Coverage
- Plants: 21 days from delivery date
- Pots: 7 days from delivery date (manufacturing defects or transit damage only)
Eligibility
Plants are eligible for replacement or store credit only if:
- More than 80% of the plant is damaged, or
- The plant has died completely.
The following are not considered valid claims:
- Drooping or wilting leaves
- Torn, broken, or damaged leaves
- Minor cosmetic imperfections
- Natural leaf yellowing, browning, or shedding
- Changes in appearance due to environmental adjustment after delivery
The guarantee will be void if:
- The plant has been repotted within the first 21 days.
- Soil or growing medium has been changed.
- Fertiliser, pesticides, or plant treatments have been applied.
- The plant has been overwatered, underwatered, neglected, or physically damaged.
- Damage is caused by pets, weather conditions, accidents, or improper care.
In certain cases, we may require the plant or item to be returned to us for inspection before any replacement, store credit, or compensation can be approved. Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed by PlantaeLover.
Replacement & Store Credit
All approved claims will be issued as store credit only.
Store credit may be used to purchase the same plant or any other available item on our website.
Bank transfers, cash refunds, and refunds to the original payment method will not be provided.
Replacement or compensation is limited to one claim per original order. Any replacement plant or item provided under this policy will not be covered by a further guarantee.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with plantaelover.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund, Return & Guarantee Policy, including all terms and conditions stated herein.
