Clusia Rosea in Buttons Pot

Clusia Rosea, also known as ‘Autograph Tree’ is one of the most eye catching plants you can grow. Clusia Rosea gets their unique name from the thick, waxy green leaves that you can write on it. Typically grown outside but Clusia Rosea is more than comfortable being kept in the home. Clusia rosea is a low-maintenance plant that can grow quite large if given enough space. Indoors, regular pruning can help control its size and shape.

Care:

• Light: It thrives in bright, indirect light but can tolerate some direct sunlight. Indoors, it will do well in a bright spot, but avoid excessive direct sun, which can cause leaf burn.
• Water: Water when the top inch soil is completely dry by dip your finger in the soil, Water well and then allow the soil to thoroughly dry out before watering again. It can sometimes last 1 week before it needs water
• Humidity: It enjoys higher humidity levels but is fairly adaptable to average household humidity. Consider misting the plant occasionally if your home is particularly dry.
